Rotisserie Georgette will serve traditional Thanksgiving holiday classics with a French twist via a three-course prix fixe menu includes at least four selections for each course, ranging from holiday classics to seafood, beef, and vegetarian options. The menu includes roast turkey served with brioche, turkey sausage, sage, sweet onion and celery root stuffing, pommes purée, turkey jus and a cranberry-orange compote; a whole roasted Dorade and velouté de châtaignes au Champagne (chestnut soup). Sides like sweet potato purée with orange-ginger crust; Brussels sprouts with apple, rutabaga, and bacon and roasted cauliflower gratin will fill out the meal. Thomas Keller’s newest restaurant will be serving a decadent three-course Thanksgiving dinner. Diners will share parsnip veloute with Sultana raisins, Brussels sprouts and spiced almonds plus marinated beets with Fuyu persimmon, Lacinato kale, whipped goat cheese and pumpkin seed vinaigrette as appetizers. Entree choices will include lightly smoked and slow roasted turkey or the vegetarian honeynut squash stuffed with Anson Mills grains and toasted pistachios. Seven indulgent sides include baked macaroni and cheese with preserved black truffles, cranberry and blood orange marmalade and more. A choice of desserts includes bourbon pecan pie or pumpkin cheesecake. $149 per person, 12 p.m. to 7 p.m., reserve via Tock
Columbus Circle
Indulge in a three-course steakhouse meal with luxe, seasonal options like a first course of jumbo lump crab cakes, red and golden beet salad with blue cheese crumble or Maine lobster bisque. Family-style entrees include turkey with apple and sage stuffing, cranberry sauce, sweet potatoes and candied pecans, Black Angus filet mignon with red wine sauce, prime rib with buttermilk onion rings and horseradish cream, plus Faroe Island salmon with haricots verts, fennel and za’atar spice crust.
